This is the simplest way to make a private video. It is very easy to do: simply set its privacy level as password. Then, when the video is requested, the viewer will be prompted to enter a password before they are able to watch it.
Restricting by password is just one of the options available. You can also make sure the embed code only responds to a user authenticated by your corporate authentication system (single sign-on).
