These changes were part of some wider updates - many behind the scenes - improving various parts of the platform.
You will see the new content management section now takes up the width of the screen, taking full advantage of the available space to show off your videos. It is still responsive though, so it automatically resizes on small screens (such as on mobile devices) to make best use of the space while still being clear and intuitive.
The home page has changed too. There is now more emphasis on the content feed.
User management within the video CMS has been simplified too. If you only want a user to have basic access - to just be able to view content but not be able to modify it - you can now do that much more easily. Simply apply the predefined ‘Basic’ role to them. If you need more advanced controls over what a user can or can’t do, simply contact us. Depending on your package we may be able to provide a custom role.
Additional API endpoints have been added along with an adjusted authentication process. To find out more, please visit our developers site where you can read more about the Data API.
If you need any additional features, please don’t hesitate to contact us at [email protected]. We are always keen for feedback in order to develop the road-map.
