Some companies charge per support ticket, or charge a monthly fee to provide technical support. Without that you are forced to search the internet to see if someone has had the same problem and then how they resolved it. We do things differently: you get unlimited support at no additional cost (for all business video hosting packages).
We do have a support section, so if you have any questions about using our online video platform you can always check to see if your question has already been answered. However if not, simply email us or fill in the contact form and we will do our best to help you.
