We use Stripe as our payment processor.
When you upgrade to a paid account using our dashboard, you are given the option to enter your credit or debit card details (number, expiry and security number). We have no access to those details: they are handled and securely stored within Stripe’s system.
Stripe then handles issuing invoices and managing subscriptions, billing your card on the relevant date.
For enterprise customers that need to pay by direct bank transfer, we can usually arrange that with you. In that case the payment goes directly from your bank account to our company account and we then issue the appropriate invoice/receipt.
