Do I have access to the API?

You may have bespoke requirements that require access to our APIs. We currently have a video API (also known as the data API) and a player API. Both provide a range of endpoints/functionality however if there is something you need that they do not provide, please get in touch. We may be able to add it.

All accounts have access to the player API. You can control our player using external JavaScript methods.

However the video API may need to be manually enabled. To find out, sign in to the video CMS as a super-user (an account owner) and look for a Developers option in the main menu. If you have that option you should see an option within its sub-menu for API keys. If you do not see either option in your menu and your package/plan includes API aaccess, then it likely has not been enabled for your account. Please email us to ask.
